Pricing
You only pay for what we do.
Clementine is a package subscription. Your package is built around the services your practice actually uses and flexes as your practice changes — so you're never paying for work that isn't happening.
How a quote gets built
1. Discovery call
Fifteen minutes to hear where the practice is today — your software, provider count, monthly claim volume, and what's currently falling through the cracks.
2. Review of your numbers
We look at your aging report, open claims, and the services you actually need. No two practices need the same mix, so we don't quote before we've looked.
3. Your package
You get a written subscription quote covering the specific services we'll run for you, with the scope spelled out so there's no guessing about what's included.
4. Adjust as you grow
Your package is reviewed as your volume and needs change. Add a provider or a service and it's reflected; scale something back and that's reflected too.
What can be in your package
Take the whole revenue cycle or just the piece that's hurting. Nothing is bundled in that you didn't ask for.

- Claim submission, attachments, and corrections
- Denial follow-up and appeals
- Aging A/R recovery
- Payment posting
- Patient statements and billing follow-up
- Credentialing and re-credentialing
- Consulting and team training
- Client portal access with live tracker visibility
What moves the number
These are the inputs we look at before quoting. They're also the things we re-check as your practice grows.
Services selected
Full revenue cycle or a single piece like verification or A/R recovery.
Provider count
Solo practice, group, or multi-location changes the workload.
Claim and patient volume
What your team actually produces each month.
Current A/R condition
A clean ledger and a badly aged one are not the same job.
Common questions
Why isn't there a price list on this page?+
Because a flat number would either overcharge a small practice or undercharge a busy one. We quote after we've seen your volume and your aging, so the number reflects real work.
Do I have to take every service?+
No. Plenty of practices start with one piece — usually aging A/R or verification — and add from there.
What happens when my practice grows?+
The package is reviewed as your volume and provider count change, so what you pay tracks what we're actually doing.
Is there a long-term contract?+
We'll walk through the agreement terms on the discovery call before anything is signed, so you know exactly what you're committing to.
